Amount of Time Booked:  Please ensure that the number of hours booked includes the time required to both set up your event and clear up afterwards.

Cancellation Policy:  Your booking fee will be refunded in full should you provide more than 7 days’ notice of cancellation.  We cannot guarantee that your monies will be refunded if less notice is provided.

Damages:  Additional charges may be levied for damages.

Acorn Hall

• Size: 15m x 10m
• Capacity for 100 people
• Use of shared kitchen – tea and coffee making facilities with quick cycle dishwasher and hot tap for hot drinks
• All windows are fitted with blinds
• Low ceiling therefore helium balloons are permitted in the Acorn Hall
• Tables and chairs available (child sized option for 40 children)

(Please note: there is no outdoor space available and we do not allow bouncy castles in Woodlands Community Centre)
